Each leadership capability box contains a number of statements which describe what effective leadership behaviours and attributes look like for frontline workers. You should consider each statement and use the drop-down ratings to provide your opinion on how consistently the person demonstrates the behaviour, in your experience of working with them. You can use the box at the bottom of each page to expand on your reasons for your ratings or to provide further comments, if you wish.
