I recognise strengths in others and encourage these, where possible. I provide feedback to others when I see them developing and growing to support improvement. I contribute to practice learning and sharing ideas at every opportunity.

Supporting the creation of a culture of knowledge sharing and trust

I find ways and create opportunities to share my knowledge, understanding and experience and to learn from others. I actively network with others to enhance my knowledge, understanding and experience and build trust. I contribute to a culture that encourages trust and values knowledge sharing at all levels.

Encouraging accountability

I record and evidence my work and actively seek constructive feedback to enhance and improve my practice. I am prepared to make decisions that are appropriate to my role and be accountable for them, and encourage others to do the same. I think innovatively to make improvements to my work, and encourage others to do the same.

Involving people in development and improvement

I support people I work with to take ownership of their issues and support them to achieve better futures. I work with my team to ensure that people who contribute ideas for improvement feel valued. I find ways to include the hardest to reach in identifying and developing ideas to improve services.
